Announcement of 50,000 scholarship cards for youth, last date for applications is August 21

A new training program has been announced to teach digital and technical skills to youth, under which 50,000 scholarship cards will be given across Pakistan. The last date for submission of applications is August 21, 2026.

Under the Skilled Punjab Advanced IT and Technical Training Program, courses will be conducted in more than 30 fields, including artificial intelligence (AI), digital marketing, web development, graphic designing, e-commerce, cyber security, data science, freelancing, video editing, app development and YouTube monetization.

Eligibility:

• Pakistani citizens between the ages of 15 and 50 can apply.
• The candidate must have at least a matriculation pass.
• Out of the 50,000 scholarship cards, 25,000 have been allocated for Punjab, while the remaining 25,000 will be distributed among Azad Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan.
• Candidates will also have to fulfill other conditions of the program.
• A minimum of 85% marks will be required in the final assessment/test.
• Mark-based incentives

As per the declared merit:

• 85%: Eligible for Fee Reimbursement.
• 86-88%: Solar Panel
• 89-91%: Chromebook
• 92-94%: Laptop
• 95% or above: Electric Bike

The program includes the following courses for technology and technical skills: Amazon Virtual Assistant, Online Business on Shopify and Daraz, WordPress Website Development, React and NodeJS, MERN Stack, PHP Laravel, Python Programming, Machine Learning, Search Engine Optimization (CEO), Google Ads (Google Ads), IELTS Preparation, Textile Designing, Digital Embroidery, Penetration Testing / Cybersecurity Testing.
