Korolush Osman actor Serhat Mustafa Kilic passes away

Serhat Mustafa Kilic, a well-known actor who played the role of Mikhail Kosis in the Turkish drama series Korolus Osman, has died at the age of 51.

According to reports, the actor was found dead in his apartment in the Kağıthane district of Istanbul on September 5. His friend Ozlem E found him unconscious on a chair in a room, after which she immediately informed the emergency services.

According to Ozlem E, she had been trying to contact Serhat Mustafa Kilic since September 3. In her statement to the police, she also told that the actor was suffering from lymphatic cancer.

During the initial examination, no signs of violence or any injuries were found on the actor’s body. However, the police have started investigating the incident. His body has been shifted to the hospital for a post-mortem to determine the exact cause of death.

Serhat Mustafa Kilic started his artistic journey in the theater in 1998. He later played important roles in several well-known Turkish dramas, including Korolyush Osman, Soz and Mehmet Fatih.

The actor also worked in films and his film Kach Yokosu won an award at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014. After the news of his death came out, Turkish showbiz and fans are expressing their condolences.
