Swara Bhasker admitted to hospital after contracting dengue virus

Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker is undergoing treatment in the hospital after contracting dengue virus. The actress informed her fans about her condition and also shared a picture from her hospital bed on social media.

Swara Bhasker said in her Instagram story that the situation suddenly worsened and she had to be shifted to the hospital. The actress said in a short message that the matter progressed very quickly, she was diagnosed with dengue and had to be admitted to the hospital.

Swara, who gained fame with the film ‘Raanjhanaa’, has not shared any more details about her symptoms, current health condition or expected duration of hospital stay.

The news of Swara’s hospitalization has come at a time when TV drama ‘Balika Vidhu’ actress Avika Gaur has also been admitted to the hospital due to dengue. According to Avika’s husband Milind Chandwani, the actress had been suffering from high fever for five days before being diagnosed with dengue.

Swara Bhasker was last seen in the television reality show 'Pati Patni Aur Panga', where she participated along with her husband Fahad Ahmed. The actress is yet to announce her next film or TV project.
