Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez in a private ceremony.

According to media reports, Ronaldo, 41, and Georgina, 32, chose each other as their lifelong partners on August 11 in a private ceremony in the coastal city of Cascais, Portugal, which was also attended by their children.

Ronaldo shared a photo on social media in which the two are seen holding hands, while their wedding rings are also prominent. After the photo, a stream of congratulations from fans began.

The wedding came almost a year after Georgina announced her engagement in August 2025. At that time, Georgina gave the good news to fans by sharing a photo of her ring.

Ronaldo and Georgina's love story began in 2016 when Georgina worked as a sales assistant in a store for the famous Italian fashion brand Gucci.
