How to register and obtain tokens for discounted petrol released

The government has issued a procedure for citizens wishing to benefit from Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif's special petrol relief scheme to register and get discounted petrol.
How will registration be done?
According to the procedure issued by the government, citizens can register through mobile messages. For this, they have to enter REG, identity card number, registered number of the vehicle, name of the province and date of registration in the message and send it to 9771.
After the registration is complete, the citizen will receive a confirmation message on his mobile phone. In the next step, to get discounted petrol, before going to the petrol pump, he will have to send a message by writing TOK to 9771, in response to which he will receive a token number.
Discounted petrol through token
After receiving the token number, it has to be shown at the petrol pump. After this, the user will receive a message regarding getting petrol, which will also include the quantity of petrol and the period for its use.
After showing the relevant message at the petrol pump, citizens will be able to get petrol at the fixed discounted price.

For which vehicles is there relief?
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had announced a special scheme to reduce the financial burden on the public due to the increase in global oil prices. Under this, a relief of Rs 100 per liter will be given on petrol for motorcycles, rickshaws, chingchi and vehicles up to 800 cc.
